Orientation - An exciting time for your child as she/he meets new classmates and teachers and explores the room and school.

Dads' Ice Cream Social - Dads and their Preschool children may participate in games, activities, and tasty food.  This is a special time for Dads and all Apple Hill students.  This terrific event is complimentary.

Scholastic Book Clubs - Apple Hill will offer Preschool Level for the Three Year Old, Four Year Old, and Pre Kindergarten Classes; and the Kindergarten/First Level for all Pre Kindergartners.  These are excellent books at great prices.

Room Parties - Halloween, Holiday, and Valentine's Day Room Parties will be planned and run by parents for all classes.  Siblings may attend.

School Pictures - Taken in the fall for a fee.  Optional.

Conferences - Held in the fall and spring.  Children may be in attendance.

Discovery Toys -  Sold at first Conferences.  Delivered in time for Holiday gift giving.  All proceeds are given to the Circle of Concern, a local family charity.

Thanksgiving Feast –All students and staff eat together. This event is complimentary.

Sibling Day - Rockwood School District will not be in session and we will be holding classes on this/these day/days.  All older siblings of our Four Year Old Preschool and all Pre Kindergarten classes are invited to attend part of the day with their younger brother or sister.  This will make a big impression on your little one. This exceptional event is complimentary.

Grandparents' Day - Those Grandparents living in or visiting St. Louis are invited to visit their grandchild’s class.  This includes all Four Year Old and all Pre Kindergarten classes.  If you'd like to substitute an aunt, uncle, or close family friend please do so.  The children will provide their special loved ones with some nice surprises. This cherished event is complimentary.

Speech and Language Screening - This optional analysis is held in late winter. 

Book Fair - The Fair is held during Spring Conferences.  Books will be displayed at school for browsing and for immediate purchase.  All proceeds earned from sales will be used to sponsor an animal at the St. Louis Zoo!

Moms' Luncheon - Yummy!  The children love you and want to show it.  There will be food and song.  This Luncheon is for all Apple Hill children and their moms. This very special event is complimentary.

Carnival - The Carnival is an all school event to celebrate the conclusion of a successful school year.  There will be game booths, arts and crafts, face painting, pony rides, and refreshments.  This festive family event is free to Apple Hill Students.
