OUR INTRODUCTION TO PRESCHOOL CLASS

“Kid's Day Out”  at Apple Hill
Available after a child's 2nd birthday

             Child enthusiastically attends school without parent.    

                  This high quality caregiving is available only at Apple Hill Academy!  The excellent teacher to child ratio is unprecedented with two teachers present and a maximum number of 10 students. 

                  Children attend school with their age group.  Each school day will present an imaginative theme; usually literature based.  The stories, arts and crafts, manipulative and readiness activities, and the music will support this theme.  Children will also have use of the playground and gymnasium. Snack is included.

                 The purpose of this happy, busy day is the enrichment of creativity, socialization skills, self-confidence and independence, and motor growth, while maturing cognitive development.

                 Please provide a backpack, a complete change of clothing, and all necessary "diapering" supplies.  Of course, bathroom independence, although encouraged, is not required.
